Order Fulfillment & Stock Availability
We strive to maintain real-time accuracy for our sneaker and apparel inventory. In the rare event of a stock discrepancy, we will process the available items in your order and contact you regarding the unavailable products. You will have the option to:

Wait for a restock of the original item.

Exchange for a different size (subject to availability).

Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment via the relevant courier’s tracking portal.
Delivery Schedule

Operating Hours: Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

Exclusions: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or national holidays.

Carrier Timing: Deliveries by our logistics partners typically occur between Monday and Friday.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details. Cosmoverse cannot be held liable for shipments lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Delivery Attempts & Failure
Our delivery partners will make two (2) attempts to deliver your package. If the order is not received after the second attempt, it will be returned to our warehouse. Please note:

Resolutions or refunds for undelivered items typically take 15 days to process.
Liability & Transit Issues

Delays: While we will assist in fast-tracking delayed shipments, Cosmoverse is not liable for delivery extensions caused by the courier company once the package has left our facility.

Damaged Goods: If you receive a package that was damaged during transit, please email info@cosmoverse.in immediately so our support team can provide a resolution.
International Customs & Taxes
Customs policies and import duties vary widely by country and are unpredictable. Any additional taxes, duties, or fees levied by local governments or courier services are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
